Product Features
The NCW series horizontal clamping machines are designed based on years of practical experience by our engineers. This series uses PLC control and a human-machine interface for more user-friendly operation. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, it has the following features:
1. The frame adopts an open welded structure and is tempered for high rigidity and minimal deformation.
2. It allows for quick clamping with fast forward, fast reverse, slow forward, and slow reverse functions.
3. It uses an electro-permanent magnetic chuck for safe and reliable mold clamping, preventing mold dropping during power outages.
4. Partial mold ejection is possible (ejection of A and B plates).
5. A shock absorption device is used to reduce hydraulic impact and ensure equipment precision.
6. The system uses a differential circuit and booster cylinder for energy saving (small installed capacity).
7. It has a small footprint, low installation height, and is easy to install (no foundation required).
