How to properly operate and use a deep hole drill

When using a CNC deep hole drilling machine, we must pay attention to whether our operation is standardized and whether the operating procedure is reasonable. So what should we pay attention to?
First of all, before work, we must wear our work clothes, and the cuffs of our work clothes must be fastened. We cannot wear scarves or gloves. If you are a girl with long hair, you must tie your braids inside your hat.
Second, we must check the equipment in advance, including the protection, insurance, and signal settings on the equipment. Reliable protection settings must be in place for mechanical and electrical parts. We must also check whether the tools and fixtures are intact; otherwise, we cannot start.
Third, pay attention to ensure the deep hole drill platform is firmly secured, and the workpiece must be clamped tightly. When drilling small parts, we must use special tools to hold them to prevent the workpiece from being rotated. Also, note that we cannot hold or press the workpiece while drilling.
Fourth, when performing automatic feed, we must select the appropriate feed rate and adjust the travel limit. When manually feeding, we must follow the principle of gradual pressure increase and decrease to prevent excessive force from causing unnecessary accidents.
Fifth, under certain circumstances, we must stop the machine. For example, when adjusting the speed, travel, clamping, or workpiece of the deep hole drilling machine, or when cleaning the machine, we must stop the machine.
